Tencent falls 2.5% as Prosus, Napsers say to gradually sell shares

(Reuters) – Shares of Tencent Holdings Ltd gave up morning features to fall as a lot as 2.5% to HK$374.60 within the early afternoon, after Prosus and Napsers mentioned they’d gradually sell shares.

Dutch expertise funding firm Prosus and its controlling shareholder Naspers of South Africa mentioned on Monday they intend to sell down their monumental stake in Chinese software program large Tencent to fund a share buy programme.
