Three youths killed in accident on North-South Expressway


SEREMBAN: Three youths have been killed in a two-car accident alongside KM268 of the North-South Expressway close to Bandar Ainsdale early Monday (Nov 22) morning.

Seremban deputy police chief Supt Mohd Rosli Ishak mentioned all three victims, aged 20, died on the spot within the 2.35am accident.

“Preliminary investigations revealed that the accident occurred when the 18-year-old driver of a automotive misplaced management of the automobile and crashed into the guardrail.

“The automobile then spun and (hit) one other automotive which was being pushed by a 20-year-old on the left lane of the freeway,” he mentioned, including that each autos have been heading in direction of Nilai.

Supt Mohd Rosli mentioned the influence of the crash killed a youth who was seated within the entrance passenger seat of the primary automotive and two others who have been travelling within the second.

The drivers of each automobiles and a passenger within the again seat of the Accord have been injured and brought to Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar for remedy.

Supt Mohd Rosli mentioned the case is being investigated beneath Part 41(1) of the Street Transport Act 1987.
