has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraphs 2.1(a) and a pair of.1(e) of Practice Note No. 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
In an announcement, Bursa Securities mentioned it could proceed to observe the progress of Top Builders in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.
As at Jan 28, 2022, there are a complete of 26 corporations below PN17 and GN3 which characterize 2.87% of the overall variety of 907 corporations listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.
