PETALING JAYA: A college instructor in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam, has filed a defamation go well with towards Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam, the scholar who spoke out towards a male instructor for allegedly making “rape jokes”.
Based on a Fb submit of Saiful Nizam Abdul Wahab, Ain’s father, the instructor – Khairul Nizam Sanuddin – filed the go well with on the Shah Alam Classes Courtroom on Nov 26.
Saiful Nizam included an image of him and Ain, holding up the entrance web page of the court docket submitting.
It revealed the instructor because the plaintiff, and Ain and her father as the primary and second defendants respectively.
