JOHOR BARU: Two males died in a freak accident whereas cleansing the Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) soccer stadium right here.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat stated police had been notified in regards to the incident at round 12.30pm on Monday (June 13).
“It occurred while the victims, aged 34 and 35, were working at the stadium. Both died at the scene.
“We understand that the weather was fine and it was not raining at the time.
“We have classified the case as a sudden death report and investigations are still ongoing,” he stated, including that the our bodies of the victims have been despatched to Hospital Sultanah Aminah for autopsy.
The soccer membership additionally issued a press release on social media expressing remorse over the deadly incident.
“The entire JDT family expresses our deepest condolences to the families of the two staff of the professional cleaning services company.
“JDT is waiting for a full report of the incident from the authorities and the company we have contracted to maintain the stadium,” the assertion learn.
