In a bourse submitting, UEM Edgenta mentioned the JV agency, Opus Consultants Sdn Bhd, is at the moment a completely owned subsidiary of Opus International, and whose principal exercise is to provide administration and engineering consultancy services.

According to UEM Edgenta, the events can be ready to collaborate and share assets to take part in mega infrastructure initiatives in Sarawak.
