Umno should take disciplinary action against Ku Li, says Nazri

PETALING JAYA: Umno should take disciplinary action against Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah for not abiding by the celebration’s resolution to again the present authorities, says Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz.

The Padang Rengas MP criticised Tengku Razaleigh for remaining within the unbiased bloc.

“His letter to the Dewan Rakyat speaker is already sufficient for us to take action against him, as he now not helps the federal government of the day led by an Umno president. That is opposing,” stated Nazri.

“This can be our drawback – we’re afraid to take action. We must take action with out considering who that individual is,” the Padang Rengas MP was quoted as saying by Astro Awani on Thursday (May 5).

“In sure conditions, Umno’s disciplinary board sacks sure individuals. But with regards to Tengku Razaleigh, the board is afraid to take action,” added Nazri.

Nazri stated this had led to an erosion of public confidence in direction of Umno and it’s important for a celebration to be agency.

Last July, the Gua Musang MP despatched a letter to Parliament Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun requesting to vary his seat in Parliament to the unbiased bloc.

Recently, it was reported that Tengku Razaleigh will head a brand new coalition known as Angkatan Amanah Merdeka Rakyat Kelantan in an effort to topple the PAS-led Kelantan state authorities within the upcoming normal election.

Kelantan Umno liaison physique chief Datuk Ahmad Jazlan Yaakob has since criticised Tengku Razaleigh’s resolution to stay within the unbiased bloc, saying that this isn’t the official celebration stand.
