PETALING JAYA: The Covid-19 vaccination page on MySejahtera is inaccessible to some users today (July 13) as the app is currently undergoing “scheduled maintenance”.
Those who tried to access their Covid-19 vaccination details had to wait for a long time for the page to load, after which they were greeted with a pop-up message asking them to try again later.
On Twitter, the MySejahtera hashtag has become a trending topic with over 3,000 tweets of users posting that they can’t access the vaccination page.
Some even claimed that the issue is delaying their vaccinations at the Covid-19 vaccination centres (PPVs) in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Another user on Twitter claimed that he had problems proving that he had a vaccination appointment when he was stopped by the police at a roadblock, as the app was unresponsive.
The app also faced issues last month, as some users were unable to check in via the app.
MySejahtera responded to users on its Google Play Store review page saying that the issue was due to the app experiencing “high traffic” at the time.
The Covid-19 vaccination page on MySejahtera was introduced in March and users are required to scan a QR code at the vaccination centre when they register.
Apart from MySejahtera, users can also check the status of their vaccination appointments on the Special Committee on Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV) website.
