4 ways to help prevent a stiff neck if you use devices a lot

Dr David-Christopher Kubosch, an orthopaedist who specialises in casualty and spinal surgical procedure at Gelenk Klinik orthopaedic hospital in Gundelfingen, Germany, has 4 tips about stopping muscle stress in your neck:

Go swimming

Doing lengths in a pool strengthens the muscle groups within the chest and shoulders.

During the train, you can gently transfer your head from facet to facet.

Shoulder circles enhance blood circulation within the neck and shoulders, which might scale back muscle stress there.

Watch your posture

Chest out, shoulders again!

This, Dr Kubosch says, is a neck-friendly posture.
