GEORGE TOWN: Student Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam and her father, Saiful Nizam Ab Wahab, who filed a countersuit in opposition to a trainer and former headmistress, have objected to authorities legal professionals representing the duo.
In an affidavit, they mentioned it was improper and irregular for a senior federal counsel to defend Ain’s trainer and the headmistress, the defendants within the civil case.

They mentioned if authorities legal professionals characterize a public servant in a private capability, the Attorney General’s Chambers should first subject a certificates permitting them to achieve this.
They declare the federal government legal professionals can not act for the headmistress as she was now not a public servant at time the go well with was filed.
The affidavit was confirmed by lawyer SN Nair, who submitted it on their behalf on the Klang Sessions Court just lately.
“The motion by the federal government counsel by means of voluntary intervention is outrageous as they had been sued of their private capacities,” information portal FMT quoted Nair as saying.

Khairul Nizam Sanuddin, 43, a trainer at SMK Puncak Alam, sued Ain and her father for allegedly making defamatory remarks in opposition to him on social media and by means of press interviews.
