Court rejects $1.2 billion EU antitrust fine against Intel

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – Europe’s second-top courtroom on Wednesday rejected a 1.06 billion euros ($1.2 billion) EU antitrust fine handed all the way down to U.S. chipmaker Intel twelve years in the past for making an attempt to squeeze out a rival.
