(Reuters) – Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has no plans to unilaterally freeze consumer accounts in Russia, the corporate’s consultant mentioned on Monday, after Ukraine had requested cryptocurrency bourses to dam operations with Russia.
“We are usually not going to unilaterally freeze thousands and thousands of harmless customers’ accounts. Crypto was meant to offer higher monetary freedom for folks throughout the globe,” the consultant advised Reuters.
