BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Union’s sanctions towards Russia over its invasion of Ukraine are starting to have an preliminary impression, an EU official stated on Thursday.
“We imagine that the bundle of sanctions we have put on the desk is sort of spectacular and is now starting to have the primary results,” the official stated.
