Excessive Court docket orders seizure of Nur Sajat’s property to pay damages to stockist

PETALING JAYA: The Shah Alam Excessive Court docket has ordered the seizure of property belonging to cosmetics entrepreneur Nur Sajat (pic).

The seized property are to be auctioned off to get better RM200,000 in damages that Nur Sajat has did not pay to her stockist, OWA Sources Sdn Bhd.

Sinar Harian reported citing deputy registrar Farah Wahida Md Nor that the choice was made after Nur Sajat failed to supply any replace on the damages when she misplaced her enchantment on the Court docket of Attraction in April.

It’s understood that Nur Sajat had failed to produce “girdles” to her stockist, as was agreed upon.

The legal professionals representing OWA Sources stated the defendants would seize different property as nicely if the funds collected from the public sale was inadequate.

Nur Sajat is at the moment residing in suburban Sydney, Australia after she was granted asylum there.
