Perak Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) director Yusoff Shariff, mentioned they obtained a report on encroachment of the wild animal at about 3pm.
“The cause of the elephant entering could be due to the camp’s defective electrical fence.
“The Gerik Perhilitan will help and advise the camp for restore work,” he mentioned when contacted by Bernama right here on Monday evening.
