PETALING JAYA: It was not ‘Amman’ in the national football team’s camp in Jordan.

The Harimau Malaya were just outclassed by Jordan 0-4 in an international friendly match at the King Abdullah II Stadium in Amman, Jordan, on Wednesday (Oct 6).

Ali Olwan would indeed thank his lucky stars as he benefited from three defensive mistakes to score in the 34th, 47th and 49th minute.

The other goalscorer was Odai Al-Saify, who scored in the 42nd minute, courtesy of a defensive mix up between captain Aidil Zafuan Abdul Radzak and goalkeeper Khairulazhan Khalid.

Malaysia will next face Uzbekistan in an international friendly match at the Amman International Stadium on Saturday.
