(Reuters) – Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira will miss Sunday’s Premier League match at Tottenham Hotspur after testing positive for COVID-19, the English membership stated.
Assistant manager Osian Roberts will take cost of the crew in opposition to Tottenham.
