PARIS (Reuters) – President Emmanuel Macron mentioned on Thursday France would use its rotating presidency of the European Council to strengthen Europe’s capacity to management its external borders.
Macron mentioned the migrant disaster on the European Union’s japanese flank confirmed the need for motion.
