KUALA LUMPUR: Gas Malaysia Bhd
has introduced that the distribution tariff for Gas Malaysia Distribution Sdn Bhd (GMD) in Peninsular Malaysia is maintained at RM1.715 per Gigajoules (GJ) per day.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia, Gas Malaysia mentioned beneath the Incentive-Based Regulation framework, the present distribution tariff will likely be maintained for the interval from Jan 1, 2022 till Dec 31, 2022.
“Therefore, GMD’s Distribution Tariff for all sorts of utilisation is RM1.715/GJ/day for the interval from Jan 1, 2022 till Dec 31, 2022,” it mentioned.
However, Gas Malaysia mentioned the tariff approval isn’t relevant to the gross sales of liquefied petroleum fuel provided in fuel cylinder or in bulk provide.
It mentioned the distribution tariff implementation will proceed to contribute positively in direction of the monetary place of the corporate for the monetary 12 months ending Dec 31, 2022. – Bernama
