A teenage lady who tried to take her personal life is volunteering her time to assist different younger individuals scuffling with psychological well being.

Chelsea, from Nottingham, skilled low temper, nervousness and self-harm and was ultimately referred to the disaster workforce at Nottinghamshire Healthcare’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

She’s not too long ago transformed a shed into an out of doors remedy room and hopes in the future to change into a psychological well being nurse.
