IPOH: Police have arrested the boyfriend of a woman whose charred remains were found on the Sungai Kuala Kangsar riverbank in Kampung Talang Hulu in Kuala Kangsar on Tuesday (May 31).
Perak police chief Datuk Mior Faridalathrash Wahid mentioned the 20-year-old man was taken into custody after his assertion was recorded on Wednesday (June 1).
“He has been remanded for seven days beginning Saturday (June 4),” he mentioned when contacted by Bernama.
The autopsy examination on the sufferer’s physique revealed a blow to the top killed her.
The burnt physique of the 21-year-old woman was found by a passer-by who then alerted the police.
The sufferer’s 19-year-old brother additionally lodged a report on her disappearance.
