Man, lady discovered lifeless at PPR in Setapak Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: A person and a girl have been discovered lifeless on the Sri Semarak Individuals’s Housing Challenge (PPR) in Setapak Jaya on Wednesday (Oct 20).

Wangsa Maju OCPD Supt Ashari Abu Samah stated the physique of the 50-year-old man was found in the lounge whereas the physique of the 51-year-old lady was discovered at the master suite of the unit at about 11am Wednesday.

“Checks revealed there was no component of foul play.

“Each victims weren’t married to one another and labored as cleansing contract staff,” he stated when contacted.

The victims’ colleague went to the PPR when each failed to point out up for work, he added.

“The colleague then contacted the police after discovering the housing unit was locked and the victims couldn’t be reached,” he stated.

Supt Ashari stated each victims had histories of diabetes and hypertension.

“The our bodies have been despatched to Hospital Kuala Lumpur for autopsy.

“The case has been categorised as sudden demise,” he stated.
