Musk to attend Twitter staff Q&A meet for first time since launching bid

(Reuters) – Elon Musk will communicate to Twitter Inc staff this week for the first time since launching his $44 billion bid in April, a supply mentioned on Monday, citing an e-mail from Twitter Chief Executive Parag Agrawal to staff.

The assembly is scheduled for Thursday, and Musk will take questions straight from Twitter staff, the supply added.

The information, first reported by Business Insider, comes after Twitter mentioned final week that it anticipated a shareholder vote on the sale by early August.

A Twitter spokesperson confirmed that Musk would attend the corporate all-hands assembly this week.

Earlier this month, Musk warned Twitter that he may stroll away from his deal to purchase Twitter if it fails to present the info on spam and faux accounts that he seeks.

Back in April, throughout an all-hands assembly with staff, Agrawal was seen quelling worker anger the place staff demanded solutions to how managers deliberate to deal with an anticipated mass exodus prompted by Musk.
