Judge Alex Ralton, who heard the case at Bristol County Court, mentioned: “In my judgment there might be little doubt that there was direct discrimination, particularly as soon as the university knew or ought to have recognized {that a} psychological well being disability of some type was stopping Natasha from performing.”
