A 2020 US military report says North Korea’s hacking programme dates again to not less than the mid-Nineteen Nineties and has grown to a 6,000-sturdy cyber warfare unit, generally known as Bureau 121, which operates from a number of nations together with Belarus, China, India, Malaysia and Russia.
