Perak MB donates RM1,000 each to families of NSE crash victims

IPOH: The families of the KM246 North-South Expressway crash victims that had been burnt to dying have each obtained a RM1,000 donation from Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad.

Saarani’s political secretary Datuk Sham Mat Sahat stated the private contribution, together with different kinds of help, was a present of sympathy for the families of the victims of the tragic incident.

“The Mentri Besar has instructed for lodging and meals to be offered to the families of the victims who travelled from far-off.

“Those who got here from Johor and Terengganu to declare the our bodies of their youngsters, we have now put them up at Lanai Casuarina till the forensic course of is accomplished. We will bear every part,” Sham was quoted as saying by information portal Astro Awani.

He stated this when met on the Lanai Casuarina lodge in Kuala Kangsar.
