LISBON (Reuters) – Portugal will implement all sanctions determined at EU stage in opposition to Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich however is not able to ban him from entering the country as a result of he’s a citizen, Foreign Minister Augusto Santos Silva stated on Wednesday.
