BERLIN (Reuters) – Germany’s president would have preferred to visit Ukraine and the truth that he was not obtained there was “irritating”, Chancellor Olaf Scholz informed RBB public radio, including that he had no quick plans himself to visit Kyiv.
President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, lengthy a proponent of reconciliation with Russia, stated on Tuesday Kyiv didn’t need him to visit. A Ukrainian official subsequently denied that President Volodymyr Zelenskiy had rejected a visit supply from Steinmeier.
