KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd
(SCIB) has secured an engineering, procurement, development and commissioning (EPCC) contract worth RM36mil.
The civil engineering specialist, in a Bursa submitting, stated its wholly-owned subsidiary, SCIB Properties Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award and acceptance from Masama Sdn Bhd.
SCIB Properties shall be present process the development of highway infrastructure in Bukit Goram, Katibas, Ngemah, and Machan in addition to the proposed development of Nanga Banjor, Nanga Makut roads and Katibas in Daerah Song, Sarawak.
The contract will start from May 2022 to April 2023.
“The contract secured is expected to contribute positively to SCIB group’s future earnings over the duration of the contract,” it stated.
