KUALA LUMPUR: Trading of the securities of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
will resume on May 9.
“Accordingly, trading in the structured warrants relating to Serba Dinamik will also resume at the same time,” the oil-and-gas firm stated in a submitting with Bursa Malaysia.
Trading of Serba Dinamik’s shares has been suspended since Oct 22, 2021.
Serba Dinamik had on April 21 introduced, amongst others, the findings from the factual findings replace (FFU) in accordance with the directive.
On April 13, the Securities Commission has compounded Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd and 4 people, together with its CEO and prime executives, with the utmost permissible sum of RM3mil every for expenses of submitting a false assertion to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
The regulator stated the Public Prosecutor had accepted the illustration made to the Attorney-General’s Chambers by the oil and gasoline agency and the people concerned relating to the fees pending in courtroom.
