‘s wholly-owned subsidiary La Prima Medicare Pte Ltd (LPM) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with China-based developer of medical equipment, Shanghai Shenqi Medical Technology Co Ltd within the Asia-Pacific region.
In the agreement, LPM has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for Shenqi’s medical products, namely the drug-coated balloon (DCB) within the Asia Pacific, excluding China and Japan.
“The term of the agreement shall commence on May 22, 2021 and continue in full force and effect until May 21, 2023,” it said in a statement.
Upon expiration of the first term, LPM shall have the right to extend the agreement for a period of two years. – Bernama
