LONDON (Reuters) – Britain doesn’t need a vacuum on the coronary heart of presidency right now because of the gravity of the Ukraine disaster, a junior international minister stated on Sunday when requested if Prime Minister Boris Johnson ought to resign over lockdown events.

Johnson has obtained a police questionnaire as a part of an investigation into events at Downing Street throughout COVID lockdowns. He has repeatedly been requested if he would resign.

“I do not assume what the nation wants in the intervening time is a vacuum on the centre of presidency,” Europe minister James Cleverly instructed Sky, citing the COVID restoration and the Ukraine disaster.
