Singaporean singer Tanya Chua has disclosed that she has been suffering from bone spurs at her thoracic vertebra for about 12 years, with the situation worsening over the years.

Chua, who relies in Taiwan, was talking at a press convention in Taipei on Wednesday (March 1) to advertise her concert events on the Taipei Arena on May 6 and seven.

This is the primary time she is holding a gig on the multipurpose stadium over two consecutive days.

The 48-year-old stated on the interview that she was involved about her stamina.

She stated the bone spurs at her backbone, which have been found when she was recording her album Sing It Out Of Love (2011), made it troublesome for her to breathe generally. She added that she had felt depressed because of the tightness in her chest.

The singer, who received 4 prizes at Taiwan’s Golden Melody Awards in 2022, together with Best Female Singer ((*12*)) for the fourth time, stated she has not opted for surgical procedure as she was frightened that it might have an effect on her singing.

She has chosen to maintain herself match by means of weightlifting, gymnasium periods and mountaineering.
