Solarvest completes listing transfer to Main Market

KUALA LUMPUR: The listing of the shares and warrants of Solarvest Holdings Bhd was transferred from the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia to the Main Market with effect from 9am today.

The solar photovoltaic energy company had announced in an Oct 8 filing with Bursa Malaysia that it would be categorised under the “Industrial products and services” sector on the Main Market.

The transfer of listing includes its entire share capital of 663.95 million shares as well as 158.46 million warrants.

“With the transfer, the stock short name and stock number for the company remain unchanged,” it said in a statement.

At midday break, shares in Solarvest were trading two sen or 1.45% lower at RM1.36 a share on the back of 2.61 million units exchanging hands.

Its warrants, SLVEST-WA, were down two sen or 3.1% to 62.5 sen apiece with 605,400 units traded.
