KYIV (Reuters) – The governor of Ukraine’s Luhansk region, Serhiy Gaidai, mentioned early on Saturday that there are some 10,000 Russian troops in the japanese region.
“These are the (models) which are completely in Luhansk region, which are making an attempt to assault and try to make positive factors in any route they will,” Gaidai mentioned on Ukrainian tv.
Reuters couldn’t independently confirm the report.
