Thailand approves incentives to promote EV shift

BANGKOK (Reuters) – Thailand’s cupboard on Tuesday accepted a package deal of incentives together with tax cuts and subsidies to promote a shift to electrical automobiles in Southeast Asia’s main auto manufacturing base, a authorities official advised Reuters.

The package deal will assist scale back the worth of electrical automobiles by 70,000 baht ($2,165) to 150,000 baht ($4,638) every, in accordance to native media stories. The authorities will maintain a briefing afterward Tuesday.
