BRUSSELS (Reuters) – Ukraine and the European Union have reached a deal in precept on organising an advisory military coaching mission in Ukraine, the nation’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba informed reporters on Monday in Brussels.
“We reached an settlement with the EU in precept that the EU will function out advisory coaching in Ukraine … this isn’t fight forces,” Kuleba mentioned after assembly with the EU’s international ministers.
