LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated he spoke with the top of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on Friday and Ukraine expects progress to be made on its utility to hitch the European Union within the coming months.
“Had substantial dialog with EC President,” Zelenskiy stated on Twitter. “EC opinion on UA (Ukraine) utility for #EU membership will probably be ready within few months. UA Government and EC are instructed. Moving to our strategic aim collectively.”
