And there are fears that if the Ukrainians start systematically attacking Russian targets inside Crimea, then the Russian response might be very severe certainly. Last month, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, now Deputy Chairman of the highly effective Security Council, stated that if Crimea have been attacked, then “Judgement Day will immediately await all these [involved]. It shall be very quick and really exhausting.”
