“While Ukraine’s armed forces succeed in pushing again Russian forces on the bottom, civilians are being brutally bombarded from the air. We are right this moment offering new air defence, together with anti-aircraft weapons, radar and anti-drone gear, and stepping up humanitarian help for the chilly, exhausting winter forward,” he added.
