US SEC investigating Goldman Sachs over employee communications

NEW YORK: Goldman Sachs Group Inc mentioned on Friday the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission was investigating it over workers utilizing communication channels not authorized by the corporate.

The Wall Street big in a regulatory submitting mentioned it was cooperating with the SEC and offering the required paperwork required for the investigation.

The inquiry was first launched in October by the regulator to probe into how Wall Street banks and different massive monetary corporations are protecting monitor of workers’ digital communications.
