The video was posted on Twitter by Jabatan Netizen Malaysia (Ajnmalaysia). According to the caption of the video, the incident came about someplace in Bukit Bintang.
In the 30-second clip, 4 males who look like council employees may be seen cleansing up the world the place the homeless man had put his belongings.
