At the least two killed by bomb blast in Ugandan capital – police

(Reuters) – At the least two persons are lifeless after a bomb blast within the Ugandan capital Kampala on Saturday, the police power’s political commissar Asan Kasingye wrote on Twitter.

The reason for the blast was not instantly obvious and there was no rapid declare of duty. Ugandan officers didn’t instantly reply to requests for element or remark.
