KUALA LUMPUR: The demise toll because of the floods is at 48 to this point, whereas five persons are still lacking, says Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.
He stated Selangor remained the state with the best variety of deaths, with 25 victims, adopted by Pahang (20) and Kelantan (three).
“The victims in Selangor concerned 17 males and eight ladies and in Pahang, the victims had been 14 males, 4 ladies and two boys,” he stated in a press release on Monday (Dec 27).
In Kelantan, the victims had been two males and a woman. – Bernama
