PETALING JAYA: The former ambassador to Indonesia who was arrested collectively together with his son on allegations of cultivating hashish in Janda Baik has been launched.
This is after the police failed to get hold of a second remand from Magistrate Shahrol Ekhsan Hasim on Saturday (May 28).
The remand software by the police was performed by investigating officer Inspector An Afifa Baharudin, while the previous ambassador was represented by Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah and Rahmat Hazlan.

According to Pahang police chief Datuk Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf, the police confiscated 102 hashish vegetation at his residence in a raid, with an estimated worth of RM61,200, together with dried hashish leaves weighing 1.02kgs price an estimated RM2,500 and a bottle of hashish extract price RM250.
Ramli was reported saying that the suspect admitted to planting the timber in 2015 on a two-hectare piece of land and discovered how to plant it by way of YouTube.
He added that the suspect had obtained seeds from varied sources in Kuala Lumpur and had eight canines guarding the property.
Ramli additionally stated that the case was thought of the most important seizure of hashish vegetation in the nation.
