PARIS (Reuters) – French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday mentioned that his dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin has stalled after mass killings have been found in Ukraine.
“Since the massacres now we have found in Bucha and in different cities, the conflict has taken a special flip, so I didn’t converse to him once more immediately ever since, however I do not rule out doing so in the long run”, Macron informed France 5 tv.
