Perak cave temples can stay, eviction notices revoked

IPOH: The Perak Land and Mines Department has revoked the eviction notices served on 19 cave temples within the Kinta district.

State MCA chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon (pic) stated the choice was made after a gathering between him, representatives from the cave temples and the division on Monday (Jan 10).

Dr Mah stated the division director agreed that a few of the cave temples have been culturally and traditionally vital and had tourism worth as effectively.
