Hooray! The year-end school holidays have lastly arrived, and we are fairly certain college students have to be pleased to welcome the break with open arms.
There’s no homework or co-curricular actions to complete; as an alternative it’s time to fill the days with all types of enjoyable actions and possibly even an tour or vacation!
Here’s what Starchild readers needed to say on the subject, School Holiday.
“I will be drawing and colouring almost everyday during the school holiday. In addition, I will be making some cute miniature clay projects. I am sure that there will be a lot of enjoyable and happy moments with my family and also my grandparents and cousins in my hometown,” says Tian Bo Jing, 12.

Seven-year-old Wong Zhi Ying has many plans throughout the December school holidays. These embrace baking cookies and occurring a trip to Kampung Sg Janggut in Kapar, Selangor. “Christmas Eve is my brother’s birthday. We plan to celebrate his birthday in Kuala Lumpur. I have prepared a secret present for him. It would be wonderful if we could really be ‘free’ from this horrible virus. I am looking forward to having an enjoyable holiday!”

Ooi Yee Ning, 10, needs to take heed to music and songs all day lengthy. “My favourite song is Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake’s True Colors. I am excited about the school holidays!”

“I like school holidays most as it will mean no school and lots of fun. I will be watching television the whole day, playing video games like PK XD and Roblox, and football with my friends,” says Norlick Titi, six.
Jayden Tan Li Sheng, 9, is wanting ahead to a household tenting journey at Rawang. “The camping site is near a stream so we have to bring proper equipment. I wish I could bring a camp grill for barbeque at the campsite. It will be fun and exciting if I can catch some fish at the stream.”

Older sibling Jodie Tan Li Juen, 12, mentioned: “I had a chance to help set up the tent at our camping trip during last year’s school holidays. We are planning to bring our camping tent again this year. I am helping to make a checklist for our family’s camping trip. It includes important items like a first aid kit, clothes, sleeping bags and food.”

“During the December holidays, I am planning to watch Peppa Pig cartoons everyday with my brother and sister. I also want to play online games with my friends,” mentioned nine-year-old Victoria Liew Yen Yi.

Florence Chan Zi Hsuan, seven, has many actions deliberate throughout the holidays. “My friend and I will join a baking programme at our daycare centre. My mother’s birthday and my birthday are in December too, so we will go to a beach hotel to celebrate. I also want to do some drawing and colouring activities with my parents. I have lots of new storybooks that I can read during the holidays. I hope the school holidays will not end.”

Claire Yap Jyn Wei, six, can’t await the school break as a result of she is going to get to journey to a brand new vacation vacation spot together with her household. “Our recent holiday was to Penang. We went on a zipline at Penang Hill’s The Habitat. We also ate local food such as char kway teow, fish ball noodles, and cendol.”

“I love school holidays because I can have fun with my sister all day. I am looking forward to playing the online game Among Us, video game system Nintendo Switch games and outdoor activities. School holidays are the best time,” says Wong Cheng Yang, seven.

Five-year-old Wong Jie Ern is worked up to play the online game collection Overcooked together with her household. “Besides playing games, I hope my parents will bring me to the beach on weekends. My brother and I can play at the beach and collect some seashells.”

Older sibling Bethany Wang Qi Syuen, six, writes: “This school holidays I would like to use my spare time to read, and then draw out what I read.
