Stellantis recalling nearly 20,000 plug-in minivans for fire risks

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Chrysler father or mother Stellantis is recalling 19,808 plug-in hybrid minivans and urged house owners to cease recharging them, after experiences of 12 fires in parked autos.

The automaker stated the recall covers 2017-2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid autos. All had been parked and turned off, whereas eight had been linked to chargers. Stellantis stated it was unaware of any associated accidents or accidents.
